My approach is gentle, person-centred and collaborative. We work together to find ways to your inner well-being and new perspectives.
I work with a wide range of clients which includes highly sensitive and neurodiverse individuals and people who are dealing with emotional abuse, challenging life situations or anxiety. The modalities I like to use work for a wide range of issues and concerns.
Witnessing people coming into more self-confidence, self-agency and well-being is so rewarding.
I explore different parts of your experience to discover what resonates with you. I use a client-centred and strength-based approach to help you connect with your inner strength and well-being.
I support you in processing your thoughts and emotions, working toward clarity and balance. Together, we can find the approach that best supports your healing and personal growth. Sometimes life is rough, but we can learn to accept, open, appreciate the small things, gain new perspectives and move forward step by step and enjoy living again.
