Dina Curran works mostly but not exclusively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and the effects of past trauma. Her approach is compassionate, holistic, and client-centred, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and memories. Her training a life experience have equipped her with an array of therapy tools and resources as to support a client in finding healing, balance, and well-being.
