I work mostly with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and the effects of past trauma. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and client-centred, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and memories.
We can create lasting change by getting to the root of the problem, exploring all aspects, and by using supportive tools.
